What have you finished reading?

Good as Lily by Derek Kirk Kim, Jesse Hamm (Illustrator), Jared K. Fletcher (Lettering) - This book sucks. OH NO DONT END UP SINGLE. DATE THE DWEEB IN HIGH SCHOOL OR YOULL BE ALONE FOREVER. Super disappointing since same difference was v good.

Heartstopper 1, 2, 3 and 4 by Alice Oseman - This is mostly an teen LGBTQ+ romance that is pretty fucking saccarine. Its sweetness has been nice in an otherwise unsteady time. It does get a little heavier, talking about mental health, codependence, and eating disorders. This is such a sweet read though, and something I wish I could have had when I was a teen. Highly recommended.

How to Identify Yourself with a Wound by Kb - This is pretty hard hitting poetry written by a nonbinary Black person. I really enjoyed it. Its the book club book for August, which has also helped me get caught up on other reading.

What are you currently reading?

Fourteen poems issue 6 Edited by Ben Townley-Canning - Its 14 poems from 14 different queer poets. I haven't started this yet. Its just next on the pile.
