What have you finished reading?
Washington's Gay General: The Legends and Loves of Baron von Steuben by Josh Trujillo (Author), Levi Hastings (Illustrator) - Despite being about the founding fathers and the revolutionary war, this graphic novel was really good! I had bought a pared down zine version of this eons ago, but I it was informative and interesting, especially learning about how you can be kind of "out" even when it isnt safe to do so.
Darkwing Duck: Justice Ducks #1 by Roger Langridge - I got this because Darkwing, but tbh it was kinda meh. This is just a single issue, but I'll include it anyway.
What are you currently reading?
Battle Angel Alita, Vol. 2: Tears of an Angel by Yukito Kishiro (Author, Illustrator) - This is fun, but the story is pretty light. The art is amazing though
Sprint: How to Solve Big Problems and Test New Ideas in Just Five Days by Jake Knapp - Ask experts, decide what yer gonna tackle, etc etc etc. Its not bad for a book for work. but still, its whatever.
------
Editors note: Ive seen some people not only do reading wednesdays, but also talk about what theyre listening to and what they've been watching too. Basically a media round-up. Im kinda interested in this? Maybe I'll change the format here eventually? Thanking out loud!
