What have you finished reading:

Maphead by Ken Jennings - The latter half of this book didn't age well as it talks about technology and maps. Theres a chapter on geocaching which is entirely out of vogue now, especially now since only n1 star caches are free anymore. it felt like 'old man yells at cloud' about google maps, fearing GPSes will remove our map literacy, which i think is rubbish. It was a fine book, but pretty fluffy.

What are you currently reading:

To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee - Don't ask me how I got out of reading this in high school- I HAVE NO CLUE. But its burned a hole in my to-read pile for a while now so I started it. It immediately pulled me in, which is nice. Probably the first book I read in a while to do that.

Get in Trouble by Kelly Link - We're reading this out loud on a impromptu trip out of town. Its a collection of short stories. The prose is great but all the dialog is "said" "said" "said" instead of any other word that could describe dialogue. We're starting to think its intentional. Its nominated for an award so its got to be on purpose.
