What have you finished reading?
nothin lol. I'm almost done with To Kill a Mocking Bird tho. Idk what I'm reading next tho. I'll figure that out tonight or so.
What have you given up on reading?
Get in Trouble by Kelly Link - Well, we're giving up till our next long drive. We read 2 more short stories from this book of short stories. The other two weren't near as good at the first one. none of the short stories are related, so I'm super fine with benching this one.
What are you reading?
To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee - I'm almost at the end of this. This book is phenomenal. Whenever I was reading it around people, everyone kept telling me its their favorite and I can see why. I won't spoil it even though most people have read it, but it grabbed me and hasnt let go. Who knew a book on race relations written in, what, the 60s, would still be so relevant. Sometimes I feel Atticus is a little too 'liberal' and willing to see the other wise, but idk. its still really good. Is it true Harper Lee only wrote one book (minus one getting robbed from her because of dementia) because that is wild. She's an amazing author.
