What have you finished reading?
The Invisible Gorilla by Christopher Chabris and Daniel Simons - This was good for a work book club book. And I'm glad I get a short break before I get back into it, so I can catch up on some of my own reading.
Blue Nights by Joan Didion - Didion comes back around and wraps everything up in a raw and devastating way. Great grief read. I wish I could make words do like she does.
What are you currently reading?
Superman Smashes the Klan by Gene Luen Yang (Author), Gurihiru (Illustrator) - Superman is not my bag, but it was recommended to me and, I mean, with a title like that, yeah I'mma read it anyway. Thus far its pretty slow; a Chinese family moves into a neighborhood and is being met with extreme racism from what is an obvious analogy to the ku klux klan. a kid just got kidnapped and superman is gonna help.
