Okay, so i realised I *can* add lj people over here. But a few questions for the crowd:

1) Imma assume they have to be public? yes? If no, how?

2) I added lj people, and I see them in my profile under "Other subscriptions" but their entries aren't showing up in my reading page. What gives?

ETA: naw, it just looks that way. :\ https://www.dreamwidth.org/support/faqbrowse?faqid=158 so much for that feature. definitely a tick in the 'against' box.

I haven't yet figured that out. I'd really like to not have to check two places every day (though I'm checking LJ increasingly less).

according to the FAQ, while you can invite ppl to see your friends-only entries and vice-versa, you can't add them to your reading page unless you add them as an RSS feed which is p annoying.
