What have you finished reading?:
The Wicked + The Divine Volume 8 (trade) : Old is the New New by Kieron Gillen (Author), Stephanie Hans (Artist), Andre Lima Araujo (Artist), Matt Wilson (Artist), Kris Anka (Artist), Jen Bartel (Artist) - This was pretty good. I guess this is their second to last volume. I'll be interested to see the deaths of the rest of the gods.
Quantum Age - From the World of Black Hammer by Jeff Lemire - So Basically Jeff Lemire has done just 3 trades in the Black Hammer world but have also done 3 trades as spin offs to black hammer. I wish he'd just focus on the main story because that's what I'm most interested in.

Astro City Vol. 17: Aftermaths by Kurt Busiek (Author), Brent Anderson (Illustrator) - Astro city is a comic series about superheroes but it breaks the mold. im not much of a super hero comic reader but make an exception for this one. Its a lot of short stories on the various heroes of astro city. the first two i read were on a man who adopted a dog, and basically they found an amulet and could fuse together to be a superhero anthrodog named g-boy (yes, thats good boy lol) its so so so so fucking sweet and really hits all the points about how our pets save us. I just cried and cried and cried at the end because, as we all know, dogs dont get to live forever. the vignette after was about a reporter which was good for a one shot, but g-boy just really stood out to me.
