While on vacation I had the strangest, most fantastic dream. Kinda footbally, kinda wrestley. I wanted to write it down.
I was posting to a social media... facebook or instagram, I think:
"Packers win the division! Vikings suck."
Or something of the like. I decide, before I post this, I had better check the score and make sure, for sure, that the Viking had, in fact, lost.
I use google, and it looks like the Vikings game is in its 7th overtime. Apparently, when games go this long, whoever uses all their timeouts first, wins.
I flip on the TV, or maybe I just watch a stream online. At any rate, as I am turning on the game, a kicker is coming out. He's wearing full heel attire, and is coming out of the AEW tunnel, a dramatic lighted tunnel. Instead of wearing the usual Vikings Purple and Yellow gear, this kicker's gear is black and red. He has a death lock and gesticulates like a wrestling heel to the crowd.
The announcer declares that the universal symbol for "I'm gonna kick it" is making the "OK" hand symbol by your eye and doing a high kick. Obviously, Heely McKicker does this.
To... execute the kick, or maybe use the last time-out (Since that was the original goal in this dream), the Kicker needs to hit a button. The button is flaming. Like, quite literally, on fire.
But wait! Before they decide to press the button, the team wants to have a celebratory cider toast! Everyone grabs champagne flutes full of cider, perform a toast, and drink
BUT WAIT AGAIN! Adam Thielen poisoned the cider! The Vikings lose!!
