We lost power here for a bit but then got it back. Phew I guess. But then we are losing water pressure. We were told to stop dripping pipes because they are running out of water. But if a pipe bursts we will lose even more water. We stored up 15gal over the last days so we have some back up. Just nervous. Nervous about losing power, gas, or water. All three are things we could lose.
They say they may have turned on power but won’t say where. The ice is so thick I couldn’t go home to check even if I wanted to. The trees are so thick with ice that they are falling. It’s unreal to see. I don’t think I’ve ever seen that before and I’m from the north.
Things are tense and spooky here. This disaster never ends.
