Axiom's End by Lindsay Ellis - this was good not great. And apparently going to be a sequel? Idk if I’d pick it up or not. There’s good alien and bad alien but there’s some twists and some ...Romance even? What was the point of conspiracy dad?

A Cat's Tale: A Journey Through Feline History by Baba the Cat and Dr. Paul Koudounaris - Paul is better known as hexencult on Instagram. I’m a big fan. This book is about cat history, unknown famous cats, and I know that cats don’t live as long as humans (which should be illegal) but cat death fucks me up and this book has a lot of it. It would have been fine at home. But in the airport, on the plane, in the hotel lobby I am just crying and crying and crying. I’m still enjoying it. Just a little self conscious of crying in public. Masks help hide it tho.
