The Dark Tower II: The Drawing of the Three by Stephen King (Author) - Its already in a little free library, far far away from me. The truth is, whenever they are back in the gunslingers world, i found it relatively interesting or compelling. But King even acknowledges that his caricature of 'Detta is racist, but never does anything with it, which makes it even more racist imho. Also: i'm just tired of ableist garbage where schizophrenic people are somehow dangerous/evil.

Other Minds: The Octopus, the Sea, and the Deep Origins of Consciousness
by Peter Godfrey-Smith (Author) - This book is ... really dense. But its interesting. Its about how Octopuses evolved and, like, are smart and cool and stuff. However, the "deep origins of consciousness" is pretty misleading. Play and curiosity isn't exactly sentience. And the author acknowledges that... but then why the subtitle?
