What have you finished reading?
The Cat Who Turned On and Off by Lilian Jackson Braun - So this is the 3rd Cat who book written before the author takes, like, a 14 year break or something. I can see what she was trying to set up, but didn't really stick the landing. There's far too many characters to get a compelling mystery. By the time all the suspects were introduced, it was time to wrap it up. As always, where tf was the editor lol.
fourteen poems issue 7 - Its queer poetry! again! The last one hit really hard though. Mostly about weird gender feels. Which, like, mood.

Hola Papi: How to Come Out in a Walmart Parking Lot and Other Life Lessons by John Paul Brammer (Author) - I love advice columns, specifically Papi's, so I'd been curious about this book for a minute now. Its the little gay shop book for September! Thus far it's been really relatable, specifically how tortured he was in middle school. Same, bud, same.
Hoping to hustle through this one because I feel like the book club has taken up a little too much of my reading time and I have a pal's book that im really, really excited to finally read.
