what are you reading wednesday?
Mar. 13th, 2019 10:18 amWhat have you finished reading:
Death in Big Bend by Laurence Parent - This book didn't change much. There was another survival tale, as opposed to death, but otherwise, it was slightly yikes-y, but interesting stories about hikers dying or almost dying in the desert.
Don't let this discourage you from ever checking out Big Bend, its a beautiful national park.
What are you currently reading:
Steven Universe art and origins by Chris McDonnell - This is half art book, showing just a ton of sketches, planning, roughs, and story boards for the cartoon SU, and its half interviews with the folks who work on the show. Its been really interesting learning how the show is made and how basically everyone is really enthusiastic about it. Since some Big Reveals have already happened after the book was made, there's some neat stuff to sort of see that was hinted since the beginning.
