Feb. 15th, 2020 08:24 pmok the newer mac keyboards fucking suck. fyi
Lets see. Yesterday I did nothing. I worked. I tried to organise hangouts. Nothing worked, mostly because of v-day, so Tim and I hung out. He played the Untitled Goose Game for the first time which was a true delight.
Today Jeannette met me up in Racine. We first went to Wilsons to get chai lattes and we hung out a lot. Jeannette has had a lot of death in her life too and we were talking about that. Jeannette is, like, way more woo and spirit based than I am but her energy is everything and tbh she is magic so idk. Anyway we decided to drive up to Milwaukee and go to a book store. It had a lot of poetry. Normally poetry isnt my thing but i was drawn to a pretty heavy book on grief. there were a few other books i considered too but this one stuck out to me so i think its right.
We went to a thai place for dinner which was nice. I got green curry which was really good but sadly i forgot my leftovers. Oh well :\ Then we went back to Racine.
I paid jeannette for a tarot reading which i know is like, idk, against the law because im an atheist but I wanted to feel some kind of... control? guidance? jeannette is literally magic so she is really what brings me to wanting this. Also last time we had a tarot reading she made a very bold claim that did, in fact, wind up coming true. Anyway, the future and advice spreads were talking a lot about processing information, discernment, a mysterious message that will come and bring karmic justice. We also sort of looked at the start chart and talked about Saturn, the planet of death, and its role in my life. I got a lot out of it and I appreciate her doing it. Shes incredibly talented and even if none of it is true, the feeling of insight is worth it? dont tell my husband i blew cash on some magic tho lol
tomorrow Im supposed to be going sledding with Vikki. we'll see how it goes. Until then Imma be here. ttyl
