What are you currently reading?
Lovecraft Country by Matt Ruff - I feel like I haven't read as much as I would have liked this week. But a lot has happened in the book. The group pretty swiftly realises that the manor is owned by a weird cultist white supremesist. Atticus was about to be murdered in some ritual but they somehow survive by mysterious circumstances, and escape successfully. Afterwards, Leticia buys a haunted house, and a familiar register of money owed their family from slavery is stolen by the weird culty folks. Atticus is somehow being held hostage. I've had the thought that they actually haven't left the manor at all, but we'll see if I'm right or not.
