What are you reading Wednesday?
Jul. 14th, 2021 05:43 pmWhat have you finished reading?
The New York Five by Brian Wood (Author, Illustrator), Ryan Kelly (Illustrator) - Olive is a homeless person that doesnt exist. And there almost was a message here, but then the landlord becomes homeless as some sort of 'comeuppance' and it feels bad. Z said it was trying to say that it could happen to anyone, but idk. if we're saying no one deserves to be homeless, and the homeless are our neighbors, maybe this shouldnt happen to the villain
Nailbiter Volume 1 through 6 by Joshua Williamson (Author), Mike Henderson (Artist) - This series was fine. Its a horror comic about a town in oregon that keeps making serial killers. People keep investigating why, and a lot of them go crazy and become killers themselves. This felt a little "fish and catch nothing" to me. The ending just didn't matter to me. It was fine for entertainment, and the art of gore was great, but otherwise, meh.

Tank Girl Forever by Alan Martin (Author), Brett Parson (Illustrator) - I haven't opened it yet.
