The Amber Spyglass by Philip Pullman - ok so lyra and will use the knife to go into hell and basically start an uprising. very marxist. everyone in hell works together to get out of hell. well it might be purgatory. basically god, who isnt even god, promises heaven but no one gets there. everyone goes to hell. what a jerk lol. Ill be happy when I'm done reading this, because this tome is all 3 books in one and it hurts my hands lol
