She’s gone. Oddly. Having her body here to pet, even though her spirit is gone, is oddly comforting. More later.

Rose thinks I'm ridiculous that I wanted a "lucky rabbits foot" keychain with Cleo's foot. The soft fur as a memory.

We were talking last night about this. I dont think I could have Skittles taxidermied or to keep any of her bones or anything like that. Its nice to essentially have the foot for now, but taking care of her body is troublesome and honestly makes me incredibly anxious. She'll be getting aquamated (cremation but using water instead of fire) and I'll have her remains with me.

But for now its nice to be able to pet her still and keep saying goodbye.
