i got myself help and got a therapist again. it was scary and hard but im proud of myself for realizing i'm drowning and i need help.

If you want mental help without going to the psych ward, you can search psychologytoday for therapists that take your insurance. You need a therapist before you need a psych, which typically deals with medications. I'm sharing this because these were the blocks i had to learn and leap over.

next week, i suppose, then. until then, i continue attempting at barely coping.

O_O I hate phones. I'm glad you at least picked up or called back or whatever!!! LOL

I've never had phone therapy, but I feel like it's prolly harder because you don't get the body cues and just the "in person" effect. I mean, kinda why I hate phones LOL.
